Permission Check / 權限管理

Publish：當你創建好一個 assistant / plugin，要 publish 時你可以針對這個 assistant 進行權限管理

• Public：所有 user 都可以在 store 上面看到、access 該 assistant / plugin，預設為 Public

• Restricted：只有跟你相同權限權限的 user 才可以 access 該 assistant / plugin (若想深入知道有哪些 user 可以看到，請聯繫 AIDE SUPPORT

Share：將你擁有的 assistant / assistant chat chat share 給其他 user，若該 assistant / plugin 有被 publish 到 store 上，會需要經過權限檢查

• 若你 share 一個 assistant / assistant chat 給沒有權限的 user 將會出現 error msg 提示

Access：assistant setting, chat with assistant, chat with plugin, share, publish...

• 過去既有的 assistant / plugin，若 admin / owner 修改其權限過後，你將無法再使用。

• 若你是 assistant owner，過去既有的 assistant 中含有 plugin，當該 plugin 沒有權限時會自動從 assistant 當中移除

• 若你不是 assistant owner，過去既有的 assistant 中含有 plugin，當該 plugin 沒有權限時該 assistant 會直接被 disable

Publish: When you create an assistant/plugin and want to publish it, you can manage the permissions for this assistant.

• Public: All users can see and access the assistant/plugin on the store. The default setting is Public.

• Restricted: Only users with the same permissions as you can access the assistant/plugin. (If you want to know which users can see it, please contact AIDE SUPPORT)

Share: Share your assistant/assistant chat with other users. If the assistant/plugin has been published to the store, it will require a permission check.

• If you share an assistant/assistant chat with a user who does not have permission, an error message will appear.

Access: assistant setting, chat with assistant, chat with plugin, share, publish...

• For existing assistants/plugins, if the admin/owner modifies their permissions, you will no longer be able to use them.

• If you are the assistant owner and the existing assistant contains a plugin, the plugin will be automatically removed from the assistant if it does not have permission.

• If you are not the assistant owner and the existing assistant contains a plugin, the assistant will be directly disabled if the plugin does not have permission.
