Migration 作業說明

親愛的達哥用戶，

達哥即將升級！升級過程中將進行資料遷移（Migration），請您留意以下資訊：

備份期間：即日起至 2／21（五）12:00，請先行 Export Backup Data，確保您的重要資料已保存。

升級時間：2／21（五）下午 13:00 開始，Migration 約 10 - 20 分鐘（依個人資料量而異）

影響：Migration 期間，達哥將暫時無法使用，待 Migration 完成後即可恢復正常。

備份方式
1. 點擊達哥左下角的 Setting

1. 執行過程
   您將看到 Migration 示意畫面，請耐心等待完成。

2. 執行結果
   Migration 完成後系統將跳出 Migration 完成通知，請確認既有功能是否正常運作。

注意事項

Migration 完成後，系統將自動下載 tar.gz 壓縮檔。如發現資料遺失，請將該檔案提供給 aide.support@mediatek.com。

Migration Operation Instructions

Dear DaVinci users,

DaVinci is about to upgrade! During the upgrade process, data migration (Migration) will be carried out. Please pay attention to the following information:

Backup Period: From now until 2/21 (Friday) 12:00, please export backup data in advance to ensure your important data is saved.

Upgrade Time: Starting at 13:00 on 2/21 (Friday), the migration will take approximately 10-20 minutes (depending on the amount of personal data).

Impact: During the migration period, DaVinci will be temporarily unavailable. It will return to normal once the migration is complete.

Backup Method:

1. Click on the Settings at the bottom left corner of DaVinci .

2. Click on Export Backup Data to perform the backup.

Migration Process:

1. Execution Process:
   You will see a migration progress screen. Please wait patiently until it is completed.

2. Execution Result:
   After the migration is completed, the system will display a migration completion notification. Please check if the existing functions are working properly.

Notes:
After the migration is completed, the system will automatically download a tar.gz compressed file. If you find any data missing, please provide this file to aide.support@mediatek.com.
