DaVinci Share: Share information easily in DaVinci!
Do you want to share DaVinci meeting minutes or professional FAQ discussions with your colleagues? Want to know how your colleagues in the same department are analyzing a particular document?

With DaVinci Share, you can send conversations and files directly to an individual or a team with a short message.

The recipient is notified by email and in DaVinci, and can go to DaVinci to choose whether or not to accept, then view the conversation and continue the Q&A.

Instructions

1. Send information

  • Step1: Tap the icon representing the share

  • Step2: Select the recipient (either an individual or a group)

  • Step3: Leave a message for the recipient

  • Step4: Share!

2. Receive information

  • Step1: Click on the bell icon in DaVinci or the link in the email

  • Step2: Decide whether or not to accept

  • Step3: GOT IT!

想要和同事分享達哥的會議紀錄、或專業 FAQ 對話？想要了解同部門前輩如何分析特定文件？DaVinci Share 是這些問題的解答！

透過 DaVinci Share，你可以直接將對話和檔案一起分享給個人或團隊，且附上簡短訊息，

而接收者將會收到 email 和 DaVinci 內的通知，並在 DaVinci 上選擇是否接受，進而觀看該次對話紀錄、接續你的問答基礎繼續詢問。

使用說明

1. 發送資訊

  • Step1: 點擊代表 "Share" 的圖標

  • Step2: 選擇收件人 (可以是個人或是群體)

  • Step3: 留下給收件人的訊息

  • Step4: 分享！

2. 接收資訊

  • Step1: 點擊 DaVinci 中的鈴鐺圖標、或是 email 中的連結

  • Step2: 進入 DaVinci 後決定是否接受資訊

  • Step3: 完成！
