DaVinci exchange file(.DVCx) sharing: Cuts your DocChat upload time by 98%!

With the sharing of DaVinci exchange file, other colleagues can immediately upload the file that has been uploaded by the first colleague and exported as a DaVinci exchange file, and quickly open a conversation using DocChat.

As a reliable information carrier, DaVinci exchange file provides you with a smaller file format than the original file, but with exactly the same semantic meaning. Now you can use the .dvcx format to quickly share original file information!

Instructions

How do I use a .dvcx file?

  1. Once the original file has been analyzed, click "Export" icon.

  2. The exported file is then made available to other colleagues as an information exchange file.

  3. When other colleagues read the file, they can simply use the DocChat upload function to analyze the .dvcx file and start a conversation immediately.

With DaVinci exchange file, file uploading and analyzing has never been faster. 

1. Export 

Each analyzed file can be exported as a .DVCx file (default file extension is .dvcx). Click Export to export the file.

2. Import

To analyze the same file, colleagues can select a .DVCx file provided by someone else.

3. Quickly upload and start a conversation:

Once uploaded .dvcx file, you can immediately start a conversation with DaVinci about the information.

如何使用達哥檔？

  1. 在原始檔案分析完成後，點擊「匯出」圖示

  2. 隨後，將匯出的達哥檔作為資訊交流檔案，提供給其他同仁

  3. 其他同仁讀取檔案資訊時，只需用 DocChat 上傳功能分析達哥檔，即可立刻開啟對話

每個分析完成的檔案都可以匯出為達哥檔（預設副檔名為 .dvcx)，點擊 Export 即可匯出
