Task management allows you to assign background tasks to all assistants on the DaVinci platform, enabling the assistant to perform specified tasks in the background on your behalf.

Currently supported tasks are "Avatar Tasks," which allow the assistant to discuss specific topics with multiple DaVinci users on your behalf.

Avatar Task Management

Avatar tasks can be arranged for scenarios like "Help me ask @A and @B if they want to order afternoon tea later," or "Help me explain the key points of this meeting summary to @Group" (you can provide the assistant with the meeting summary document).

You just need to select a specific assistant on the DaVinci platform and enter "Please help me execute the task and @colleagues" or press the "Task Assignment" button. The assistant will then ask you for task details, and after confirming the task, the assistant will execute it for you.

Capability/Limitation

@ Maximum number of people

  • Less than 30 people or a group of less than 30 people

  • When the number of people exceeds, @ cannot be performed

Create Task

  • Each chat can only create one task, and it is not possible to create multiple tasks within the same chat.

  • Users must ensure that the assistant has sufficient tools and correct parameters to complete the corresponding task.

Confirm Task

  • The task must be confirmed within 10 prompts.

  • If the task cannot be confirmed after 10 prompts, the system will consider the task as failed, and a new chat will be required to establish the task.

Execute Task

  • When a task is being executed, new prompts cannot be entered in the current chat.

  • If you need to input a new prompt, you can start a new chat by clicking on the Assistant again.

TMA 說明分為 3 個部分:

1. Create Task

  • Step1: If the Assistant you want to use does not exist, please refer to 06. My Assistant / 智能助理 to create an Assistant.

  • Step2: Click on the Assistant you want to use.

  • Step3: There are two ways to send tasks

  • Step3-1: Click the "Task Assignment" button, wait for TMA to start, and then enter your task content in the Prompt. Use @ to specify members.

  • Step3-2: You can use "@" directly in the Prompt dialogue box to tag personnel and trigger tasks.

  • Step4: Please verify the task details. If they are correct, click the "Confirm Task" button. If they are not correct, you can confirm the task details with TMA within 10 prompts in this chat, or click the "Cancel Task" button to cancel this task.

  • Step5: After pressing the "Confirm Task" button, a task card will be generated to execute the task. To cancel the task, please click the "Cancel Task" button.

2. Review Task 

  • Step1: Click the Task Dashboard in the bottom left corner to check the task status.

  • Step2: View the list of all currently issued Tasks. The task status indicators are explained as follows:

    • Green light: Task is executing normally

    • Yellow light: The assistant requires your response

    • Red light: Task ended due to an error

    • Blue light: Task successfully completed

  • Step 3: Click on the task name to return to the task and view details

3.Receive Task

  • Step1: Click the bell to receive task notifications.

  • Step3: After confirming the reply content with the assistant, click the "Finish Task" button to end the task. Your reply will be sent back to the colleague who initiated the task for review.

任務管理,將使您可以指定背景任務給達哥平台上的所有助理 (Assistant),讓該助理在背景幫您執行指定任務。

目前可支援的任務為『分身型任務』,您將可以讓助理代替您與多位達哥用戶進行特定話題的討論

分身型任務管理

分身型任務可以安排類似 "幫我跟 @A, @B 他們說待會要不要訂下午茶","幫我跟 @Group 的人說明這次會議摘要的重點"(您可以為該助理加裝會議摘要的文件)。

您只要點選特定達哥平台上的助理,並輸入『請幫我執行任務並 @ 同仁』或是按下 "Task Assignment" 的按鈕, 該助理將與您詢問任務細節,確認任務後,該助理將為您執行。

使用建議/限制

@ 人數上限

  • 小於 30 人 或 小於 30 人內的 Group

  • 人數超過時,將無法在進行 @

建立任務

  • 每個 Chat 僅能建立一個任務,無法在同一個 Chat 內建立多個任務

  • 使用者須確認該 Assistant 具有足夠的工具與正確參數能完成對應任務

任務確認

  • 必須在 10 次 Prompt 內確認任務

  • 若超過 10 次 Prompt 還無法確認任務, 系統會判斷任務失敗, 需要新開 Chat 建立任務

任務執行

  • 當任務執行時,該 Chat 將不可繼續輸入新的 Prompt

  • 如有新的 Prompt 需求,您可以透過再次點選開 Assistant 展開新的 Chat

任務結束

任務結束後,因無法在同一 Chat 內建立多個任務,須 New Chat 建立新任務

1. 建立任務 

  • Step1: 如果您欲使用的 Assistant 尚不存在,請先參考 06. My Assistant / 智能助理  建立 Assistant

  • Step2: 點擊欲使用的 Assistant

  • Step3: 發送任務有兩種方式 

  • Step3-1: 點選 "Task Assignment" 按鈕, 等待 TMA 啟動後,於 Prompt 輸入您的任務內容,一樣使用 @ 來指定對象

  • Step3-2: 直接在 Prompt 對話匡中使用 "@" 來標記人員,來觸發任務

  • Step4: 核對任務內容,正確請點擊 "Confirm Task" 按鈕,若不正確,您可以在此 Chat 中以10個 Prompt 內與 TMA 確認任務內容,或是點擊 "Cancel Task" 按鈕取消此次任務

  • Step5: "Confirm Task" 按鈕按下後,將產生任務卡,進行任務執行。若要取消任務請點擊 "Cancel Task" 按鈕。

2. 查看發送任務的狀態 

  • Step1: 點選左下角的 Task Dashboard 確認任務狀態

  • Step2: 檢視目前發出的所有 Task 列表,任務的燈號說明如下:

    • 綠燈: 任務正常執行中

    • 黃燈: 該助理需要您的回覆

    • 紅燈: 任務錯誤而結束

    • 藍燈: 任務成功完成

3.接收任務

  • Step1: 點擊小鈴鐺接收任務訊息

  • Step3: 與助理來回確認回覆內容後,點擊 "Finish Task" 按鈕結束任務,您的內容回覆將回傳給發起任務的同仁查看
