DocChat: Ask DaVinci to answer questions based on the document content

Capability/Limitation 

 Instructions

• Step1: Click on "+ Chat" to start a new conversation

  

• Step2: Choose File and click on "+ File" to upload a file and select the file(s). You can check either a single file or multiple files

  

• Step3: Select the appropriate Model and Conversation Style based on your needs.

  

• Step4: Enter your Prompt or use Smart Prompt Suggestion to automatically generate questions.

  

• Step5: DocChat quickly answers questions about document content, displaying reference page screenshots from the document during the conversation. (For image analysis, please refer to: ImageChat)

  

Use Case 

1. CVs comparison:
   Imagine HR and department managers receiving multiple candidate profiles. Use the DocChat feature to ask DaVinci for help in recommending the best candidate.
   (Demonstration using virtual job seeker profiles generated by DaVinci)

   

2. Financial statements:
   Perform external horizontal comparisons and present the results of the analysis in a concise tabular format.

   

3. Academic papers:
   Take three sample academic papers and organize their methods and key points.

• Step2：點擊右上角的 + File 上傳檔案，並勾選檔案。可以勾選單份或多份檔案

• Step3：根據需求選擇適合的 Model 和 Conversation Style

• Step4：輸入你的 Prompt 或使用 Smart Prompt Suggestion (智能提問) 自動產生問題

  

• Step5：DocChat 快速回答文件內容問題，在對話過程中看到來自文件內容的參考頁面截圖
