The DaVinci interface is mainly divided into five sections:

Main Chat Area, which includes two parts: DaVinci Store and Chat settings.
Chat Management, which includes Chat addition/organization, Chat editing/deleting/exporting/sharing, and PPT generation.
Assistant Management, which includes all the Assistants downloaded in DaVinci.
File (DVCx) Management, which includes File uploading/organization, File editing/deleting/exporting/sharing, and Suggestions for smart questioning.
Prompt Template Management, which includes Prompt adding/organizing/editing/deleting/sharing.
System Functions, which includes settings for other system functions of DaVinci and One-click backup.

1. Main Chat Area
Including two parts: DaVinci Store / 商店 and Chat settings & Assistant.
DaVinci Store / 商店 allows you to download the required Plugins, Prompts, DVCx library and Assistants.
Chat settings allow you to set up the Model and Conversation Style, as well as select the required Plugins to use.
The input box allows you to enter your Prompt and click the button on the right to submit it.

After conversing with DaVinci, you can quickly check the current dialogue's selected Assistant, Model, Chat settings, the document currently in use, and DaVinci Store via the status bar above the conversation.
2. Chat Management
Click on "+ Chat" to start a new conversation
Click the Folder button to create folders for managing and categorizing your chat history
You can quickly find related conversations through Search
When you hover your mouse over a Chat, you can:
Edit the chat name
Delete the chat
Export the chat
Generate a PPT (the generated PPT will be stored in the browser's default folder)
Share the chat
Click the Share button and enter your colleague's name to share the Chat with them; you can also enter a message for the recipient.
The shared content will include your conversation with Davinci and any DVCx files you've used, meaning the receiving colleague can continue to ask DaVinci further questions regarding this DVCx.
The receiving colleague can click on the bell in the lower left corner to see the content shared by others.
Click on the checkmark button to accept the Chat, which will then appear in Chat Management.
You can also accept or reject multiple Shares at once.
4. File (DVCx) Management
Click on "+ File" to upload a file; please refer to DocChat / 文檔分析
Click on "+ URL" to enter a URL; please refer to WebChat / 網頁分析
Click the Folder button to create folders for managing and categorizing your files
You can quickly find related files through Search
When you hover your mouse over a File, you can:
Edit the file name
Delete the file
Export the file
Share the file
Smart Prompt Suggestion: After uploading a file, if you're unsure how to ask questions about it, you can select the file and click on Suggestions. DaVinci's Smart Prompt Suggestion will suggest ten key questions for you, which you can ask directly by clicking on them. If you are not satisfied, you can also regenerate ten new questions until you find a suitable one to ask.
5. Prompt Template Management
Switch to Prompts using the Tab, and click "+ Prompt" to create your Prompt
Click the Folder button to manage and categorize your Prompt by creating folders
You can quickly find related Prompt through Search.

Click the gear icon to edit the content of the Prompt
Delete the Prompt
Share Prompt

6. System Functions
Click on User Manual & FAQ to the Wiki page
Click on Clear All Data to clear all chat history at once
Click on Import Data to import a .json file (such as an individual Chat record)
Click on Export Data for One-click backup of data on DaVinci; you can choose to backup manually or automatically
Click on Feedback to contact us
Click on Setting to set the Theme and Width
Click on Logout to sign out

可以透過 Search 快速找到相關對話
滑鼠 Hover 到 Chat 上，可以
編輯對話名稱
刪除對話
匯出單一對話
產生 PPT (產生的 PPT 會儲存在瀏覽器預設資料夾)
分享對話
點選 Share 按鈕並輸入同仁姓名後，即可將 Chat 分享給對方，也可以輸入要給對方的留言
分享的內容會包含你跟達哥的對話以及你使用到的 DVCx 檔案，也就是接收的同仁可以繼續針對這份 DVCx 跟達哥做進一步的問答
接收的同仁可點擊在左下角的小鈴鐺，看到別人 Share 的內容
點擊打勾的按鈕即可接收 Chat，Chat 會顯示在 Chat Management 中
你也可以一次接收/拒絕多個 Share

點擊 + File 上傳檔案，請參考 DocChat / 文檔分析
點擊 + URL 輸入網址，請參考 WebChat / 網頁分析
點擊 Folder 按鈕，建立資料夾管理、分類你的檔案
可以透過 Search 快速找到相關檔案
滑鼠 Hover 到 File 上，可以

刪除檔案
匯出檔案
分享檔案
Smart Prompt Suggestion (智能提問) : 上傳檔案後不知道如何針對檔案問問題時，可以勾選檔案並點擊 Suggestion，達哥智能提問功能會建議你十個關鍵問題，直接點擊問題就能直接提問。如果不滿意，還可以重新產生新的十個問題，直到有適合的提問為止
5. Prompt Management
利用 Tab 切換至 Prompt，點擊 + Prompt 建立自己的 Prompt
點擊 Folder 按鈕，建立資料夾管理、分類你的 Prompt
可以透過 Search 快速找到相關 Prompt
滑鼠 Hover 到 Prompt 上，可以
