Step2: View the list of all currently issued Tasks. The task status indicators are explained as follows:
Green light: Task is executing normally
Yellow light: The assistant requires your response
Red light: Task ended due to an error
Blue light: Task successfully completed

Step3: 在此步驟，您可以：
1. 繼續並完成對話：與助理來回確認回覆內容後，點擊 「Finish Task」 按鈕結束任務，您的內容回覆將回傳給發起任務的同仁查看
2. 直接結束對話：您可以隨時點擊 「Reject Task」按鈕結束任務，助理會代您通知任務發送者您已經拒絕任務
