You just need to select a specific assistant on the DaVinci platform and enter "Please help me execute the task and @colleagues" or press the "Task Assignment" button. The assistant will then ask you for task details, and after confirming the task, the assistant will execute it for you.

Capability/Limitation

    TMA Chat feature limitation

    • In each chat, you can not edit or delete sent messages, and the assistant's responses will not have copy, like, or dislike buttons.

    • The "File Suggestion", "Plugins" and "Prompt Template" features cannot be used in each chat.

    • You can not edit the assistant during the Task Management conversation.

    • When the number of people exceeds, @ cannot be performed

    Create Task

    • Each chat can only create one task, and it is not possible to create multiple tasks within the same chat.

    • Users must ensure that the assistant has sufficient tools and correct parameters to complete the corresponding task.

    Confirm Task

    • The task must be confirmed within 10 prompts.

    • If the task cannot be confirmed after 10 prompts, the system will consider the task as failed, and a new chat will be required to establish the task.

    Execute Task

    • When a task is being executed, new prompts cannot be entered in the current chat.

    • If you need to input a new prompt, you can start a new chat by clicking on the Assistant again.

    End Task

    • The task will only end when the recipient performs one of the following actions:

      1. Completes the task during the conversation with the assistant

      2. Rejects the task during the conversation with the assistant

    • After the task ends, since multiple tasks cannot be created within the same chat, a new task must be created in a New Chat.

    建立任務

    任務確認

    • 必須在 10 次 Prompt 內確認任務

    • 若超過 10 次 Prompt 還無法確認任務, 系統會判斷任務失敗, 需要新開 Chat 建立任務

    任務執行

    • 當任務執行時，該 Chat 將不可繼續輸入新的 Prompt

    • 如有新的 Prompt 需求，您可以透過再次點選開 Assistant 展開新的 Chat

    任務結束

    • 任務只有在接收方的以下動作之一才會結束：

      1. 在與助理的對話中完成任務

      2. 在與助理的對話中拒絕任務

    • 任務結束後，因無法在同一 Chat 內建立多個任務，須 New Chat 建立新任務
